奈良県立医科大学および奈良県立奈良病院泌尿器科における副腎疾患手術症例の検討

Abstract

A total of 64 patients with adrenal disease underwent surgical treatment at the departments of Urology at Nara Medical University and Nara Prefectural Nara Hospital between August, 1962 and July, 1991. In this study, we examine the usefulness of various image diagnostic methods for accurate preoperative localization of the adrenal lesions. Because of the advance of various image diagnostic methods such as US, CT-scan and MRI, highly accurate preoperative diagnosis and increase of the incidence of incidentaloma were achieved. In addition, current localized diagnosis made surgical invasiveness decreased by facilitating the appropriate choice of approach to adrenal lesions.
