まほろばPEACE医師のための緩和ケア研修会を開催して ： 平成21年・平成22年活動報告

Abstract

厚生労働省の指針に準拠した「がんに携わる医師に対する緩和ケア研修会」を、奈良県においても6つのがん拠点病院で「まほろばPEACE医師のための緩和ケア研修会」と名付け、平成21年2月以降2年間に12回施行した。平成22年までに医師263名、コメディカル66名が受講を修了した。研修会前の緩和ケアに対する基礎的理解度をみるプレテストの平均点は平成21年68.7点、平成22年70.6点であった。各研修会終了時のポストアンケートの結果で、理解度は十分理解できた割合は、平成22年（平均72.9%）が平成21年（平均67.8%）を全9モジュールで 上回った。限られた指導者研修会修了者と、県内認定・専門看護師間で、連携が容易でノウハウを共有でき、スムーズな研修会の運用に繋がったと考える。プレテストの点数を意識した講義と、毎研修会での振り返りが、受講者の理解度向上に反映されたと考える。在宅看取り率が全国的にも高い奈良県において、緩和ケアのさらなる普及と地域連携に努めて行きたい。

The palliative care workshop for doctors fighting cancer based on the guidelines set out by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare was named "Mahoroba PEACE Palliative Care Workshop for Doctors," at six hospitals specializing in oncology in Nara prefecture, and has been held 12 times in two years since February 2009. By 2010, 263 doctors and 66 comedicals had completed the course. The average pre-test score was 68.7 points in 2009, and 70.6 points in 2010. According to the results of the questionnaire, full understanding in 2010 (average 72.9%) was higher than in 2009 (average 67.8%) in all the nine modules. Coordination between the limited number of instructors, persons who completed the workshop, and prefecture authorized nurses was easy as they shared know-how, and it is thought that this led to the smooth operation of the workshop. Lectures that took the pre-test score into consideration were held, and every workshop was reviewed. This is thought to have contributed to the improved understanding of those who attended the course. In Nara Prefecture, which has a high rate of terminal health care at home judged in national terms, further efforts to expand palliative care and regional alliances are desirable.
